Charles G. Devine Jr. concentrates his practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury law in Boston and throughout the state of Massachusetts. As a lawyer representing clients in business, contract, and real estate litigation, Mr. Devine has extensive experience litigating cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Before co-founding Devine Barrows, LLP, he served as a trial team supervisor with a Boston insurance defense firm. Mr. Devine is a member of Mensa.

Michael J. Barrows

Michael J. Barrows is a Boston personal injury attorney with an emphasis on accident litigation in Boston. As an attorney, Mr. Barrows also represents clients in real estate conveyancing, collection law, probate law, and general civil litigation. Before co-founding the Boston law firm of Devine Barrows, LLP, Mr. Barrows served as in-house counsel with the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company. In this position, Mr. Barrows specialized in insurance defense litigation. He was also an associate at Lofton & Morton and served on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Mortgage Association.
Currently, Mr. Barrows also serves as a title insurance agent for Old Republic Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title Insurance Company in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Georgia P. Devine represents clients in real estate and conveyancing, and general business and civil litigation. Before co-founding Devine Barrows, LLP, Ms. Devine was assistant counsel for State Street Bank and Trust Company, where she specialized in ERISA law. She also worked for the US Department of Labor, at the Pension and Welfare Benefits Administration, where she enforced ERISA and COBRA and was an associate at Catanzaro, Effren & Herrick, P.C.
